Another failed attempt at a Curbar Edge walk, though this time due to a standoff between drivers not giving way to each other by the car park, so nobody getting anywhere, so spun round & went a mere mile away to Barbrook Moor and pretty much got the whole place to ourselves.

Whilst the old Barbrook Reservoir was drained a few years ago, just downstream is this small pond, which made for a tranquil reflection which really summed up our afternoon walk.
