On the last Saturday of each month there is a farmers market at the Bakewell Agricultural Centre, joining that this month was the Bakewell Food Festival, just to make the trip twice as tasty.
We went for some treats, but I also slung the 6D & 50mm F1.8 mk1 as a featherweight combo just to wander around with, the indoor sections are dark, and the light wasn’t doing anything fabulous outside. I also pocketed the 35mm F2 though in the end I didn’t use it, but it’s so light didn’t even notice that I was carrying it. There was plenty to see & eat & sample, we came back with a range of food I now need to go and walk off…

Super photos Jon. Have had many enjoyable family trips to Bakewell over the years. However, no chance this coming week as we have my Father-in-Laws funeral to attend in Sheffield. A difficult week looming.
