The other year one of my photographer friends commented on one of my sunrises that I’d “wimped out, Higger Tor you can almost shoot that from the car, try a 2am start yomp for an hour (up hill) to get to the spot 1hr before sunrise thats proper summer landscape photography”.

In which case, he’ll ****ing hate this, as this sunrise involved opening the curtains to our Welsh holiday apartment, thinking that’s a yummy sunrise, grabbing the camera, and sticking it out the window.
