After yesterday’s sunrise, I then met up with some friends to do the Great Ridge from Edale & down in to Hope. En route, the weather turned in to a blizzard which whited over Kinder & Mam Tor, and having grabbed the morning sunrise I nearly elected to bail. As we ascended Mam Tor it was still clouded over, but strong winds meant 30 minutes later the ridge was finally clear, and added to the days interestingness as the light across the hills was ever evolving as the clouds rushed over.
